Dataset of Patient-Drug Interaction of Novel Hypertension Drug Molecules

This dataset is related to a study (denoted study 2, below) whereby we created and tested a framework for personalising novel hypertension drug molecules using the patients' genomic data and the drug-gene interaction data.

The novel hypertension drug molecules were generated in a previous study (denoted study 1, below) and the pseudo-patient genomic data were generated in another study (denoted study 2, below):

The dataset comprises a drug recommendation system, where 323 novel drugs are mapped against each of the 10 patients. The recommendation to proceed or avoid the drug is based on the patient's genomic data, specifically the gene expression levels of the hypertension genes.
