GenomeML Report Card analysis archive v1.34 (enhancer interval composition and pinned 4-mer scores)

Analysis archive for the manuscript on train-shared enhancer interval identities. Unzip GenomeML_ReportCard_BiB_analysis_freeze_v1.34.zip and run bash reproduce.sh. tools/verify_4mer_logreg.py recomputes AUROC and AUPRC from pinned probabilities. It does not retrain the classifier. Retraining requires the Ensembl release-100 chromosome FASTA files named in tables/results_4mer_logreg.json. Zip SHA-256: d4ed6c219de4276a8313d91953b4b20dd1b11e546791b7305cebf76c5c574963. This version adds the 4-mer score pins. The previous version 10.5281/zenodo.22940774 does not contain them.
