Effect of phosphorus deficiency on gene expression of sorghum roots

To verify whether phosphorus deficiency can induce sorghum to produce and secrete SLs, we conducted RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) analyses in sorghum plants grown under phosphorus deficiency conditions; to verify which genes induced by SL treatment, we conducted RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) analyses in sorghum plants grown under SL treatment. Transcriptome analysis profiles in sorghum roots of phosphorus deficiency and MOCK were generated by RNA-seq;Transcriptome analysis profiles in sorghum roots of GR245DS and MOCK were generated by RNA-seq. GR245DS is one of the synthetic strigolactone analogues.
