Experimental data -breach development and water level variation
收藏资源简介:
We conducted generalized experiments using a scaled river model with a horizontal scale of 1:200 and a vertical scale of 1:150, based on the topography near the 2018 Baige Landslide Dam on the Jinsha River to simulate narrow, deep V-shaped valley conditions. The river channel was 17.5 m long (7.5 m upstream, 10 m downstream) and 2.4–3.2m wide, with 18 topographic cross-sections. Numerous groups of physical model tests are used to reveal the influence laws of inflow, material, geometry and density, and to derive formulas for peak breach geometry, rapid development duration and retrogressive erosion rate. These are some experimental data about breach development and water level variation. These data are part of the complete dataset for sharing.
