RNA-seq Transcriptomic Dataset and Enrichment Analysis of Sturgeon Cartilage-Derived Peptides (SCPs) in Osteoarthritis

This dataset contains the RNA-seq transcriptomic data and bioinformatics analysis results of chondrocytes treated with sturgeon cartilage-derived peptides (SCPs). The dataset was generated to investigate the molecular responses and signaling pathways associated with SCP-induced chondrocyte anabolic effects. The deposited files include differential expression analysis results, normalized gene expression data, and functional enrichment analyses, including Gene Ontology (GO), Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), and related pathway enrichment results. These data provide comprehensive information on SCP-regulated gene expression changes and molecular pathways and support the transcriptomic analysis described in the associated manuscript.
