针对国内目前处理含锌铅基固废规模小、能耗高、终渣无害化不彻底等技术装备难题,通过研究铅基固废还原熔炼过程中理化特性、物质流分配规律及熔炼炉中温度、流动场分布特征,开发适用于还原熔炼-连续烟化协同冶炼的核心技术及装备,形成成套含锌铅基固废处理装备。
Aiming at the technical and equipment challenges prevailing in the current domestic treatment of zinc-lead bearing solid wastes, which are characterized by small treatment scale, high energy consumption, and incomplete harmless disposal of final slag, this study investigates the physicochemical properties, material flow distribution rules during the reduction smelting of lead-based solid wastes, as well as the temperature and flow field distribution characteristics within the smelting furnace. Core technologies and equipment applicable to the collaborative smelting of reduction smelting and continuous fuming are developed, and complete sets of zinc-lead bearing solid waste treatment equipment are finally formed.
