Interaction_creditThis repository contains information related to the article "Successful frugivory interactions recovery 53 years after the reintroduction of the ariel toucan (Ramphastos ariel) in the Atlantic forest." which analyzed the recovery of interactions following the reintroduction of Ramphastos ariel in Tijuca National Park using the ecological interaction credit model.Repository structure/DataInside the Raw folder:Literature_review_frugivory_Ramphstos_Brazil: Spreadsheet with results from the literature review on the genus Ramphastos in Brazil (2016–2023) and data from the Atlantic Frugivory database (1961–2016).Inside the Processed folder:Interaction_credit_TNP: spreadsheet generated by combining the literature review data with the list of shrub-tree community species in Tijuca National Park, thereby creating a list of available and expected interactions for R. ariel in the park.observed_interactions: Spreadsheet that contains the interactions observed in the field—i.e., the interactions recovered after the reintroduction of R. ariel, based on the interaction credit spreadsheet (expected interactions)./Script1.
