MD simulation trajectories for 5HT7R with two ligands (5HT & 2b) and 5 mutational variants

This dataset is part of a to-be-published work: Eunseo Park, Haeun Lee, Taek Kang, Kayeong Lim, Sanghee Lee, Hyunah Choo, Ansoo Lee, Hahnbeom Park, Byungsun Jeon, "Revealing ligand-specific activation of 5-HT7R through functional roles of key residues in Gs signaling and biased agonism" The dataset contains 300 ns x 3 repeats for the combination of two ligands: 5HT & 2b 5 mutational variants: WT, D162A, F344A, I233A, W340A Each trajectory contains 20 ns to 300 ns simulation trajectory, with a collection time step of 500 ps (total 560 frames). Proteins and lipid molecules are retained.
