Dataset title: Processed and Spatially Aggregated Flood-Related Public Opinion Indicators during the 2025 Typhoon Wutip Event in the Pearl River Basin Description:This dataset contains de-identified and spatially aggregated flood-related public-opinion indicators derived from publicly available Sina Weibo posts associated with the 2025 Typhoon Wutip event. Posts were collected between 10 and 30 June 2025 and aggregated across 325 county-level spatial units in the Pearl River Basin. The dataset does not contain original post text, usernames, user identifiers, post URLs, or precise user-level locations. Interpretation:The public-opinion indicator represents the relative spatial intensity of publicly expressed flood-related disruption. It was used as an auxiliary social-response variable and should not be interpreted as a direct measurement of flood damage or systemic vulnerability. Privacy:Only county-level aggregated values are provided. All original post content and user-identifiable information have been excluded.
