Uganda 20 m cost allocation surfaces for the travel time maps

20 m resolution cost allocation or friction surface data for Uganda. This data was created using the CPAS software (10.5281/zenodo.4638563). There are two surfaces here, one with water masked to prevent travel across open water and one with water unmasked allowing for travel across water bodies. These data are used in combination with facilitiy location data to estimate the travel maps using a least cost path method. A manuscript detailing this is being prepared and this description will be updated once it has been published.
