Whole Exome Sequencing Facilitates Signature Analysis of Transcriptomes of Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells at Various Passages

The goals of this study are to identify the mutation signatures of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells at various passages and to evaluate the potential effects of the long-term in vitro culture to the genetic stability and safety of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells.
