Supplemental data for: Developing methods for selecting common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) varieties with high seed protein levels

Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) found from 9 market classes of common bean using genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) with a double digest of MseI and TaqαI, and analysed with the FastGBS v2.0 pipeline with a MAF of >10% and that at least 20% of the indiviuals have each SNP.
