Low cycle fatigue data of wrought and additively manufactured stainless steels for constiutive model development
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides the underlying data for a full numerical verification for a revised Chaboche constitutive model for a variety of stainless steels. This dataset includes multiple strain amplitudes from initial loading to saturation and final rupture (Δε = 0.4%–1.0%). Also included are example fitting of Chaboche parameters in an accompanying document. Contents: - Compressed archive of *.csv files collected from an INSTRON 8800MT servo-hydraulic machine controlled by WaveMatrix3 software. Strain measurements were recorded using a 2632 Series axial extensometer. Data, including cycle number, strain, time, force, and actuator position were collected continuously at a sampling frequency of 10 Hz. Test specimens were machined into double-ended threaded rods with a central reduced gauge section according to ASTM E606-04. All column headings reflect quantities recorded, file prefixes reflect material and strain amplitude for each test. Prefixes of A, B and C reflect as-received wrought 316L, normalised wrought 316L and as-received wrought 304 stainless steels respectively. H and V reflect as-received laser powder bed fusion (L-PBF) samples, where H is an orientation orthogonal to the substrate, and V is parallel. The 'Verfification.pdf' contains exemplar constitutive Chaboche parameters for each of the included tests.
