Wheat straw (pretreated as described in the M & M paragraph of the manuscript) was inoculated with 30 different strainsof white rot fungi and incubated for 7 weeks in plastic containers with air filters.12 strains of Ceriporiopsis subvermispora, 8 strains of Lentinula edodes and 10 strains of PLeurotus eryngii were used.<br>At 1, 3, 5 and 7 weeks, three containers (replicates)were sacrifised and analysed.The T=0 samples were analysed without an inoculum. To correct for this ommission estimates for T=0 were made by using datafrom previous experiments (Nazri Nayan 2018: Discerning the variation in fungal-treated wheat straw as ruminant feed, https://edepot.wur.nl/458924).Blanc cells are outliers with a deviation of more than 2 x standard deviation.<br>
将按照手稿中材料与方法(Materials and Methods,简称M&M)部分所述流程预处理的小麦秸秆,接种30株不同的白腐真菌(white rot fungi),随后置于带有空气过滤器的塑料容器中培养7周。本次实验所用菌株涵盖12株亚红拟孔革菌(Ceriporiopsis subvermispora)、8株香菇(Lentinula edodes)以及10株杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii)。分别于培养第1、3、5、7周时,取3个平行样(replicates)容器进行处理并开展分析。未接种任何真菌的T=0组样本直接进行分析,鉴于该组未设置重复样本,我们通过既往研究数据(Nazri Nayan, 2018:《解析真菌处理小麦秸秆用作反刍动物饲料的变异特征》,https://edepot.wur.nl/458924)对T=0组的缺失数据进行估算修正。空白样本(Blanc cells)为偏离值超过2倍标准差的异常值。
