See README.md inside the archive for a file-by-file map to the paper's claims.Version 2 adds: the joint constrained reconstruction (69_joint_fit.py, results_69_joint_fit.json; SI S7), the three-part hardware control job on ibm_kingston (70_referee_controls.py, results_12_job9_controls.json, IBM job d9agc2jv6alc73crnum0; SI S8: single-device staircase, full-register eigenphase accounting, block-invariance witness), the recovered raw counts (results_ci_counts.json), and the updated Supplementary Information (S1-S8, 18 pp). Campaign totals: nine datasets, three devices, 510 s. Version 3: manuscript retitled for Nature Physics submission; SI.pdf replaced with the corrected Supplementary Information (20 pp): S5.7 renumbering, status-ledger equation pointer, pre-registered rehearsal band (0.798π ± 0.079π) displayed in S5.7 and cited correctly in S6.4/S6.6, two-sided 90% interval displayed in S6.4, bootstrap-scheme wording aligned with S6.1. No data or code files changed.
