Predictor variables included categorical levels of E. coli abundance (Ecoli_category:"NoEcoli","LowEcoli” (<5% relative abundance),"HighEcoli (>5% relative abundance)"), Bacteroides presence or absence that defines the community category (Bacteroides:"NB"or"HB"), the presence of key taxa such as Anaerostipes butyraticus (Abutyraticus_presence) and Lactobacillus crispatus (Lcrispatus_presence), and community size (comm_size).
