Landscape of open chromatin regions in Arabidopsis upon exposure to abiotic stresses

The goal of the study is to illustrate how various abiotic stresses reshape the chromatin architecture of the Arabidopsis genome to fine tune gene expression. 10 day old Arabidopsis seedlings were subjected to heat (38C for 6h), cold (4C for 24h), salt (250mM Nacl for 6h) and drought(1h) and open chromatin was extracted using FAIRE-seq and Dnase-seq. RNA-seq was also performed from same tissue.
