Processed methylation and mutation data for M2P-HCC model

This dataset contains the processed results of cfDNA methylation and targeted sequencing (TP53, CTNNB1, TERT) for 95 high-risk individuals enrolled in a multicenter study on early detection of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). It includes raw test scores, binary calls, AFP/DCP levels, methylation scores, mutation information, clinical diagnosis, and tumor characteristics. The data support the findings presented in the manuscript "Liquid Biopsy-Based Multi-analyte Model Enables Early Detection of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Preceding Radiographic Diagnosis in High-Risk Populations".
