Building 81 Rehabilitation Project (CIVE4918 - capstone project) (2015)

Building 81 is currently an abandoned building on the Domtar Lands in Gatineau, Quebec. It is located directly north of the Canadian War Museum. The site itself presents an opportunity for Osiris Restoration to redesign the building into a landmark that will benefit both the Gatineau community and the physical environment. Shown below is a map highlighting site accessibility. Building 81 is represented by the highlighted red box. This is a capstone project compiled by a group of undergraduate students of the Architectural Conservation and Sustainability Program (Engineers and architects) at Carleton University for the CIVE4819 Capstone project.
