Dataset of relative gene expression levels of AR, ESR1, PR, CYP19, DNMT1 and DNMT3a in limbic brain

Data was obtained from two cohorts of 10 sexually naive male rats each
one (n=20). They were tested in 6 weekly copulatory encounters aimed at
classifying them based on Ejaculation Latency or Ejaculation Number. We removed amygdala, medial pre-optic area, olfactory bulb and ventromedial hypotalamus accordingly to Praxinos's anathomical marks, as previuosly reported (Antaramián, et. al., 2015) to determine relative expression levels of AR, ESR1, PR, CYP19, DNMT1 and DNMT3A through 2-ΔΔCt method.Tyrosine 3-monooxygenase / tryptophan 5-monooxygenase activation protein zeta was used as the housekeeping gene and a pooled sample from brain area to compare every individual value.We used this dataset to
build a heatmap with complete-linkage dendrograms
