Purpose: The goal of this study is to identify dynamic expression profiles of epigenetic genes in BMDMs induced by LPS for a time-course stimulaiton. Methods: We profiled RNA-seq in bone marrow-derived macrophages stimulated with LPS for 0h, 4h, 8h, 12h, 24h.
