To identify the cell type which was non-specifically stained by PE-conjugated antibody and show that PE-conjugated antibodies are not proper for intracellular staining of immune cells.
Conclusion:
PE-conjugated antibodies are inappropriate for intracellular staining of murine plasma cells and activated B cells.
