Transcriptome sequencing between swollen root of cabbage translocation line and normal root Chinese cabbage

We want to compare the effects of different genes in two materials on swollen root by analyzing the gene expression differences between normal roots and swollen roots at different stages, and explore the expression patterns of genes related to root enlargement at different stages.
