Identifiation of lncRNA expression profiles and ceRNA analysis in the spinal cord of morphine tolerance rats

The mechanism of morphine tolerance remains unclear, and lncRNA have been promising molecule in many pathophysiological processes. However, the role of lncRNA on morphine tolerance hasn’t been explored yet. So we explore this issue, and our results indicated that the expression profiles of lncRNAs have changed in morphine tolerance rats as compared with normal rats, and among those, some differentially expressed lncRNAs might be new therapeutic targets for morphine tolerance.吗啡耐受的具体机制至今尚未明确，长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）在诸多病理生理过程中均是极具潜力的分子。然而，目前尚未有研究探讨长链非编码RNA在吗啡耐受中的作用。为此本研究针对该问题展开探索，结果显示：与正常大鼠相比，吗啡耐受大鼠体内的长链非编码RNA表达谱发生了显著改变；其中部分差异表达的长链非编码RNA或可成为吗啡耐受的新型治疗靶点。
