Data for "Perisynaptic astroglial response to in vivo long-term potentiation and concurrent long-term depression in the hippocampal dentate gyrus"

This 3DEM dataset was acquired from the dentate gyrus region of the rat hippocampus and was used for the paper titled "Perisynaptic astroglial response to in vivo long-term potentiation and concurrent long-term depression in the hippocampal dentate gyrus". The dataset consists of four components: (1) serial-section EM images, (2) corresponding PyReconstruct trace files (.jser) for each image series, (3) .blend files containing 3D reconstructions of tripartite synapses (axon, spine, postsynaptic density, and perisynaptic astroglia), and (4) a .csv file summarizing quantitative measurements extracted for statistical analysis.
