Gene expression profiling of Notch1-overexpressing renal progenitors

Notch1 overexpression in renal progenitors leads to morphologic changes. In this study we investigate the possible mechanisms that lead to cell transformation. We found that several genes involed in proliferation, apoptosis, cell polarity and cell division. Renal progenitor cells were infected with a lentivirus overexpressing the intracellular domain of Notch1 (NICD1) or a mock control.
