Long-term effect (24 h) of the AMPK inhibition by CC in boar spermatozoa motility.

Spermatozoa were incubated in TBM at 38.5°C in the presence or absence of the AMPK inhibitor, CC, (30 µM) during 24 h. Spermatozoa motility parameters including the percentages of motile and rapid spermatozoa, curvilinear velocity (VCL), average path velocity (VAP), straight-line velocity (VSL) and coefficients LIN, STR, WOB, ALH and BCF were measured by the ISAS system.
