Prevalence of alternative ATG and non-ATG translation initiators and their regulatory effects across plants

We report the global profile of ribosome profilig to study the relationship between alternative translation initaiton sites and gene expression in tomato. Overall design: We examined the initiating ribosome positions to identify translation initiation sites and mRNA abundance in tomato leaf.
