Replication package and technical note for "GPU-accelerated wind farm layout search with a distilled endogenous wake model (EndoWake)"

Replication package of the paper "GPU-accelerated wind farm layout search with a distilled endogenous wake model (EndoWake)" by Martina Fischetti and Matteo Fischetti, submitted to Applied Energy. It contains the paper and its technical note (LaTeX sources and PDFs), the instance generators and seeds, the OpenFOAM cases and RANS outputs of every judged direction, a naive cell-by-cell implementation of the EndoWake sweep, the Hexaly model of the exact formulation, the final layouts, the raw campaign outputs with the counting rules and the pseudocode of screen-and-confirm, the raw timing logs, and the scripts that write every table and number of the paper and the note from those outputs (collaudo: 498 tables and macros regenerate identically). Three components of commercial value to the authors are withheld, as the Data availability section of the paper states: the local searches, the implementation of the sector quadrature, and the fast evaluator.
