After 10 weeks molding stage, we fed obese rats with stevia, ketogenic diet, very-low-calorie ketogenic diet and high fat diet. Before intervention, at the 5th week of intervention and at the 10th week of intervention, rat feces were collected and sent to Shanghai Personal Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for 16S rRNA testing. The raw sequencing data was processed on the Illumina NovaSeq platform. The DADA2 method was used to classify high-quality reads into operational taxonomic units (OTUs) with a similarity of 97%, for priming, quality filtering, denoising, splicing and ten-step processing. The OTUs were compared and annotated using the Greengenes database.
