资源简介:
Through transcriptome sequencing, it was determined that AMPK is a key pathway involved in the radiosensitization effect of nab-paclitaxel, and its sensitization effect may be attributed to ZMAT3 and NF- κB signaling pathway is closely related. In order to investigate the mechanism of nab-paclitaxel in enhancing radiotherapy sensitivity of cholangiocarcinoma, we used a cholangiocarcinoma cell line TFK1, and set up a blank control group, a radiotherapy group (6Gy), a chemotherapy group (nab-paclitaxel 1.62ng/ml), and a combination treatment group (nab-paclitaxel 1.62ng/ml+RT 6Gy). After 24 hours of treatment, total RNA was extracted for transcriptome sequencing in different treatment groups.
