MSFCM Paper IX — Cross-Correlation of the LoTSS DR2 Jet–Filament Anisotropy Tensor Q₂₂ with the Planck DR4 CMB Polarization Power Spectra: E-mode Confirmation and the B-mode Smoking Gun

Theoretical framework, spin-2 MASTER pseudo-C_ell estimator, and mock signal predictions for the cross-correlations C_ell^XE (Q22 x E-mode) and C_ell^XB (Q22 x B-mode) of the LoTSS DR2 jet-filament anisotropy tensor with the Planck DR4 CMB polarization power spectra. Joint sky mask fsky_pol ≈ 0.17. Signal window: 100 ≤ ell ≤ 600. Expected S/N ≈ 2-3 (XE) and 3-5 (XB) under SGCC spin-memory hypothesis. Four-level detection hierarchy: Level 3 (C_ell^XB ≠ 0 at >3sigma) constitutes the smoking-gun signature of cosmological spin memory with no Lambda-CDM explanation.
