This dataset is applicable to medical institutions that are capable of retaining records of surgical anesthetic medication, anesthesia procedures, and intraoperative vital sign monitoring data, and can be used only after relevant data is associated according to the same anonymized anesthesia case, with patient identity de-identification, drug name standardization, dose unit unification, relative conversion of administration time, and validation of vital sign effectiveness completed. The scope of data application mainly covers single-dose administration events in the operating room anesthesia scenario, and the applicable users include hospital anesthesiology departments, operating rooms, medical quality control management departments, as well as external units engaged in anesthesia informatization construction, perioperative quality management, and medical data governance. This dataset focuses on administration records of sedative-hypnotics, analgesics, neuromuscular blocking agents (NMBAs), vasoactive drugs, local anesthetics, antagonists and other medications during phases including induction, maintenance, intraoperative intervention, and pre-awakening, and associates with monitoring changes such as Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), pulse oximetry saturation (SpO₂), and end-tidal CO₂ (EtCO₂) before and after each administration to form anesthesia administration event flow analysis data. Through comprehensive analysis of relative administration time points, intervals from previous administrations, single dose, cumulative dose, and vital sign responses, the limitations of traditional anesthesia medication records can be addressed: these traditional records are scattered, only capture drug names and doses, and fail to present the connection between administrations, medication rhythm, dose load changes, and changes in patient status after administration. This dataset provides data support for anesthesia case review, key drug use analysis, intraoperative intervention tracking, anesthesia quality control improvement, and external anesthesia administration event flow modeling.
