Transcriptome data of SWF and SYF in the Chinese soft-shelled turtle

Based on diameter, follicular color, and granulosa cell morphology, we preliminarily classified Chinese soft-shelled turtle follicles into SWF (small white follicle, diameter less than 2 mm) and SYF (small yellow follicle, diameter between 2–3 mm), then extracted total RNA and performed transcriptome sequencing.
