To understand the role of ORE15 in the early leaf development, we have employed transcriptional profiling of wild type Col-0, ore15-1D, and ore15-2KO at 4 days after leaf emergence. Agilent's Whole Arabidopsis Gene Expression Microarray (G2519F-021169, V4, 4x44K) was used. Overall design: Transcriptional profiling comparision between Col, ore15-1D and ore15-2 at early development (DAE 4). 2 independent biological samples.
