RNA-seq of the intact and regenerating tails of the c1qtnf3 knocked-down tadpoles

To elucidate the effect of the complement c1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 3 (c1qtnf3) knock-down on the tail regeneration of Xenopus tadpoles, the intact tails and the regenerating buds of the control and knocked-down tadpoles were sampled respectively and RNA-sequencing was performed.
