Sepsis is a syndromic response to infection and is frequently a final common pathway to death from many infectious diseases worldwide. The global burden of sepsis is difficult to ascertain, although a recent scientific publication estimated that there were 48.9 million cases and 11 million sepsis-related deaths worldwide, which accounted for almost 20% of all global deaths.In this experiment, we systematically studied the gene expression changes in the liver of sepsis using septic mice and contributed to the rationalization of the immune to sepsis in mice. Administration of a-lactose to block Tim-3 signaling pathway significantly improved the survival of septic mice. In order to figure out the mechanisms of the a-lactose, we explored the immune changes in mice after a-lactose interference, rationalizing sepsis in mice, and exploring the potential of a-lactose to treat sepsis. Overall design: We divided the mice into CLP group, control group, and alpha-lactose and obtained liver samples after 24h, respectively.
