The BEECH study enrolled 297 children with stunting or wasting in Misisi, Lusaka. This is a sub-study of n=30 RNAseq datasets from intestinal biopsies from children undergoing endoscopy who had failed to respond to a nutritional intervention Overall design: Cross-sectional study of RNAseq data. With one exception, two biopsies from each child were individually sequenced.
