Bacteriome of PDO Ezine Cheeses produced from Ezine and Bayramic districts-Metagenome

This study elucidates comprehensively the bacterial diversity of Ezine PDO cheese among the brined white cheeses. Bacterial microbiota of Ezine PDO cheeses belonging to Ezine and Bayramic districts of Canakkale province (Turkey) was investigated for the first time by metagenomic methodology. This study detailed the initial bacterial community of Ezine PDO cheese.
