Development of technique for culturing the unculturable bacteria from the aquatic environment.

This study was aimed to develop a culturing technique for culturing the unculturable bacteria from aquatic environment. Metagenomics result from the same site was also obtained to check the biodiversity of that specific area and compare it with the traditional culturing and our developed technique.
