Transcriptomic Comparison of NSCLC, GBM, CRC, and PAAD.

This dataset contains the raw gene expression data for four distinct cancer types: Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM), Colorectal Cancer (CRC), and Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma (PAAD). The data was retrieved from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) using the GEO2R tool and includes expression values for thousands of genes across tumor and control samples. This raw dataset serves as the foundation for downstream analysis such as normalization, differential gene expression analysis, and pathway enrichment.
