Choristoneura diversana is a univoltine species being widely distributed in palearctic ecozone. A nuclear polyhdrosis has been observed in outbreak populations of this insect. I isolated a nucleopolyhdrovirus from C. diversana. To characterize the viral disease, I prepared sequence reads from the virus genome. The goal of this project is to characterize its genome.
