The Item ID to find the Expired OZ feature layer is: 0b801161ad7c4169bcc40ac66c261be5 State Opportunity Zone designations begin on January 1 of Year 1, and expire on December 31 of Year 10. This feature layer is updated annually by DCA GIS staff on January 2nd, at minimum.
