This study employs proteomics to analyze the molecular response mechanisms in the hepatopancreas of Penaeus monodon under low-salinity stress. By comparing protein expression profiles between stressed and control groups, key differentially expressed proteins involved in energy metabolism and stress response were identified. These findings reveal the protein-level adaptive mechanisms of Penaeus monodon, providing crucial insights for understanding its salinity tolerance and breeding stress-resistant strains in aquaculture.
