This file provides a subset of the study data for each participant, including raw metabolic rate from validation; net metabolic rate from validation; exoskeleton work and mechanical power from validation; optimal parameters for each peak torque condition from human-in-the-loop optimization; mean parameter set and step size (σ) from each generation of human-in-the-loop optimization; and ordering of validation conditions.
