This study aims to explore the transcriptional changes in Sertoli cells depleted with HDAC3. Sertoli cells were isolated from wild-type and Amh-cre Hdac3 KO mice at postnatal day 10.
本研究旨在探究敲除组蛋白去乙酰化酶3（HDAC3）的支持细胞（Sertoli cells）中的转录变化。实验于小鼠出生后第10天，从野生型小鼠及Amh-cre Hdac3 KO小鼠中分离得到支持细胞。
