Supporting data for “Differentiantion and Migration of Hematopoietic Cells Across Tissues During Hematopoiesis Revealed by Single-cell Multi-omics Sequencing”

The study concludes two parts: single-cell sequencing analysis and experiment verification. The dataset of raw sequencing data in first part "single-cell sequencing analysis" are downloaded from three public database: Gene Expression Omnibus-NCBI, BioStudies-EMBL-EBI, Genome Sequence Archive-CNCB-NGDC. Detailed accession IDs of samples are listed in the file "Single-cell Sequencing Data.xlsx". The dataset of experiment verification is saved in the folder "Transwell Experiment Data.rar" where the raw data of DAPI staining figures are saved in sub-folders and processed data of counted cell numbers are listed in the file "Transwell Experiment Data.xlsx". <br>
