The goal of this study is to identify the role of OCT4 in combination with small molecules as the critical cue governing the reprogramming of human somatic cells into OPCs using ChIP-seq Overall design: DNA derived from Human A2B5+ iOPCs(H), Human A2B5+ iOPCs(M), and H9-hESCs subjected to ChIP with anti-OCT4 antibody were analyzed by deep sequencing, in tri- or duplicate, using NextSeq500 or Illumina Hiseq2500. A2B5+ iOPCs(H) were derived from human fibroblasts with high levels of OCT4 and A2B5+ iOPCs(M) were derived from human fibroblasts with medium levels of OCT4. H9-hESCs served as a sequencing control.
