资源简介:
The prevention and control of subclinical mastitis in dairy cows remains challenging. The pathogen Streptococcus agalactiae is a major Gram-positive bacterium that can damage host cells by infecting the mammary gland of cows. To analyze the molecular interactions during Streptococcus agalactiae infection, UID-Dual transcriptome sequencing was performed and bioinformatics tools were used for analysis. Differentially expressed genes were mainly enriched in biological processes related to inflammation, immune response, and cancer. It was found that Streptococcus agalactiae can express genes that interfere with lncRNA in mammary epithelial cells, indirectly affecting the alternative splicing of lncRNA target genes and thus influencing normal cellular processes. This study provides potential therapeutic targets for the prevention and treatment of subclinical mastitis caused by Streptococcus agalactiae.
