Cellular growth of Col-0 juvenile leaves (leaf1) was tracked using live imaging in a 24-hour time window (D, days after initiation).
TdTomato signals from the plasma membrane were captured by a Leica TCS SP8 Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope, and images were channel-split and converted into .tif format stacks using FIJI. For further information, please refer to the related publication.
